The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.

Suggested Use

Устраивается очень быстро, за 30 мин уже как будто ничего не пил, чувства насыщения не дает.
Применяйте если вам надо набрать нужное количество белка, а есть тяжелую пищу не хочется. Также это хорошая альтернатива комплексным аминокислотам, научными исследованиями доказано что гидролизат усваивается быстрее чем чистые аминокислоты, уже не говоря о том что в таблетированных аминокислотах обычно тот же самый гидролизат (только в мизерных количествах), а то и просто концентрат, спрессованный в таблетки.
