Suggested Use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz or 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. For maximum results, consume 4 scoops of Nitro-Tech daily for a minimum of six weeks.

The taste of this is very sweet. If you blend it with non-cold water it's gonna feel icky to drink. With cold water it tastes great, but as said, sweet. I did not try milk. I do, however, use whey a lot when baking. I make pancakes and bread from whey, and while I haven't tried bread with this yet (I will do that by tomorrow, I just got this), the pancake was THE BOMB. Easily beats any other, literally tastes like a vanilla birthday cake, however is not loaded with sugar and fats like a normal cake would. I will probably save this for baking purposes cause I have a feeling the bread will be amazing too. I will update with results on the bread if I remember.
My 2nd favorite whey is French Vanilla. 3rd Cookies and Cream. If you also like those we probably have similar taste and you'll enjoy this too. Too bad it's limited edition and out of stock already. Would have stocked up on more instantly.
Bottom line, if you like sweet flavors or bake with whey, I highly recommend this. I would describe the flavor as a french vanilla mixed with cake batter's sweetness, if you've had those two flavors.
