I have been using these protein bars for about a year. There are great ingredients in these bars. The only drawback is the fat content, it could be lower. If you are working out and eating right these are a great addition to your caloric intake to maintain muscle and cravings for chocolate. The chocolate flavor is excellent and it's as if you were eating a chocolate wafer stick....very satisfying. This is why i keep buying!

These are decent, but you can taste the whey in them, there is no illusion that you aren't eating a health bar. Mint Choc in comparison is very very tasty.

サクッとしたウエハースをチョコレートでコーティングしたプロテインバーです。よくある米国製のプロテインバーのようなベタベタな甘さではなく、軽く食べられます。
ララバーも苦手で この手のバーはドキドキしながらレビューなど参考に購入するのですが これは普通に子供のお菓子と同じような感じで、でも甘さ控えめで大人がイケル感じで美味しかったです。
数種類のプロテインバーを買ったけどこれが一番でした。食べやすい。甘さ控えめ。ねちょねちょしない。

思っていたよりチョコレート風味が少なく甘さも控えめであっさりしたバーです。ねっとり系が苦手なのでサクサクした食感はいいです。朝食がわりにお腹がいっまいになるので満足感あります。

В свое время покупал много белковых батончиков, скажу Вам, что нелегко найти продукт, в который не добавили соевый белок. Против сои ничего не имею, но для мужчин не айс, убедился в свое время на собственном опыте. Но это полбеды, их еще надо постараться съесть и не потерять свои (последние) зубы. Но, это не тот случай, состав этого продукта радует, присутствует даже гидролизат белка (думаю, что не много). Белок находиться как бы в начинке между вАфлями, идея очень хорошая, от этого батончики больше похожи на обычные вафельные батончики из магазина за углом (отличие, конечно, немного есть, в магазине вкуснее). Идеальный вариант, если хочется сладкого и при этом чтобы попа не росла. Теперь покупаю своему сыну как перекус после тренировки в бассейне, в школу тоже можно брать и вкусно и полезно. В порции 14 гр. белка очень высокого качества и всего 10 гр. углеводов (5 гр. мальтодекстрин и 5 гр. сахар и глюкоза). Жир присутствует, но невредный (масло кокоса). По началу, когда ешь вроде бы ничего, но потом появляется неприятное послевкусие от стевии, горько-сладкое и долго не проходит.
Перепробывала много разных батончиков. Эти по вкусу и по составу мне очень понравились. Рекомендую))
