I bought this product for my sister who is expecting her first baby this summer. We are both very pleased with the all natural, organic, whole food complex, making it easier to digest and having a much faster absorption rate. It provides a great boost of energy and doesn't need to be taken with food; preventing any type of nausea. The value for the product is unmatched (trust me, I've looked).

About 2+ years ago, my wife, who had been taking Garden of Life Multi for some time became pregnant. We were really surprised to find that Garden of Life didn't actually have/make a Prenatal. We actually called them directly, spoke with a couple different people who confirmed it (they were very polite) and expressed our bafflement. They did mention it was something they got requests for. Well, sometime 1+ years ago they came out with a RAW Prenatal, which she is taking currently. Excellent product for someone looking for food-based supplementation, convenience of not having to eat at the time you take the multi, and of course the quality and 'mission' of Garden of Life products.

I am 31 weeks pregnant and have been taking this raw prenatal vitamin for 4 months and am very happy with the results.
I was taking a natural prenatal from Earth Fair and the Iron was making me sick. Once, I started to take this vitamin I was not sick, but full of energy.

I've been told in your fertile life you should be taking prenatal vitamins to prepare your body well for the changes and demands of pregnancy. Pregnancy often comes as a surprise and I believe that these are the best prenatal supplementation out there made with real food! I wouldn't be without it! Jesus Loves you!

Great product and it is totally vegan, raw and easy to digest. I like the idea that capsules can be open and I add vitamines to my smoothies or juices. This way I don't even feel like taking vitamins. Love the product!

I love these vitamins. Not sure how a vitamin can taste "fresh" but these do. I've had no nausea taking these on an empty stomach, and I can be sensitive.

I have taken MANY different types of pre-natal vitamins. I like this one for it is raw and FOOD-GRADE (not-synthetic - many prescribed and over-the counter vitamins are synthetic).You do not have to take 6 (that sucks) to get your full nutrition and it is gentle on the stomach. NON-GMO. I felt full of energy and confident that my babe was getting the nutrition she needed. Even though I am not perfect about taking my vitamins, my babe came into the world as perfection. Love the product!!!! But be careful it comes in a glass bottle and mine was broken in the mail. The product itself is amazing!!

No problems

The only downfall to this vitamin is that you have to take 3 capsules and they smell and taste a bit... natural. So, if you are sensitive to smell or taste during your pregnancy these might not be your first choice. Other than that, they are fine.

Good ingredients, but I think iron in those vitamins causes constipation.
I did not have such problem before.

Did not cause nausea like other brands, I like the vitamins and minerals in it.

I have started taking these vitamins recently, in my 2-d trimester. So I can not tell whether they have any impact on morning sickness (making it worse or a bit better) since my symptoms of morning sickness were gone by the time I began with Raw Prenatal. All in all, I like this vitamins. I like the idea of not taking synthetic vitamins, but natural. I don't have any problems with swallowing capsules, they are not so huge. No problems with smell either. So, I give five stars to Raw Prenatal Vitamins from Garden of Life.

These vitamins are great. I replaced the common vitamins for pregnant women with Garden of Life and I felt much better. The most impotrant thing is that these vitamins don't provoke growing fat in contrast to the common (artificial) vitamins.

It is the first time I use these but am very happy with them. I like the whole food approach.

This product seems good to me. It feels natural to my body (as opposed to synthetic/artificial) and I like that it is organic and food based. Without that I wouldn't have bought it. I can't say I've noticed any differences either way but I didn't expect too. I'm just taking this as a pre-conception vitamin to keep my vitamin and mineral levels high for optimal health. I would buy this again (alternating with others as I'm someone who thinks variety is always the best).

I love this brand!!! I love the fact that it is all raw vit's! I have been taking these for the past 3 years. My doc told me I needed to. I showed him these and he said these were great.

I felt great taking these vitamins. Since the vitamins come from food then you can take these on an empty stomach without getting sick. I also didn't get sick due to too much iron because it's a natural source. It made me feel good knowing I was getting such good nutrition even if I was unable to eat a well balanced diet at all times.

I've tried several Prenatal Vitamins and these are the ones I like the best. I love that they have a probiotic as not many of them do. They are a raw food and if you open the capsule you can see that it's in powder form - easy for digestion. There is no taste or smell if you take the capsule so they don't make you feel sick. Very easy on the stomach and they definitely do NOT give me any kind of constipation like some other Prenatals. I will stick to these.

just what I need

Switched to this after experiencing nausea with my previous prenatal. No nausea at all and I can take it on an empty stomach. It does have a smell to it...I just avoid breathing through my nose when opening the bottle and taking the vitamin, & I'm fine. Wish it had more iron in it though (only 18 mg)...
